When we checked in, we were told we were given a quiet room with a beautiful view of the canal. However, our room was next to the elevators and we had a beautiful view of the interstate. The view, ok fine. But we could hear the elevator everyone time it opened and closed on our floor.

The ice machine on our floor did not work. Charging for WIFI is a no no. I can go to the local cafe and get it for free. Was not informed about parking. Cost me 35.00 a day. Not happy!! No coffee in the lobby, how cheap can you get.
