Check in was good. The room was not clean. Floor was sticky. Refrigerator was disgusting. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the bathroom floor. The table legs were about to fall off. The one thing good about the room we had is the bed was quite comfortable.

The 1st room we were in had standing water in it. There was no phone to call the front desk. I had to walk back down to the offixe to inform them. The 2nd room did not look like it had barely been cleaned. Garbage in the garbage can, stuff all over the floor. Went to get in bed and thr bed about tipped over, call and they had to come have maintenence fix the bed. This was all at 11pm..

Don’t stay here.

Poor quality. No toilet paper. Screwed shut sliding door. Terrible smell to whole building. Smoking room even though we requested non smoking. Dirty and damaged room in general.

Area by the ice machine and vending smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, (possibly from the employee room next to the ice machine.) The vending machine was empty. The swimming pool had a family of ducks living in it. The location was convenient. The website doesn't match the policies posted by the registration desk.

Dirty and disgusting

The Room was Dirty looked like water had leaked through in the Bathroom and over the bed in the room. Wasn't wet but previous water damage was never fixed and ceilings repaired. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to get registered even though I had already booked the room online and paid as their systems were down. Very little good I can say. Very bad experience

Quartos extremamente sujos, cheirando cigarro incenso que pedir pra trocar o quarto por duas vezes vezes pois o primeiro entregue estava ocupado com outros hóspedes e o segundo o cheiro de cigarro e limpeza eram deploráveis, reservervamos 4 quartos para uma noite e todos eles estavam muito sujos, recepção sem recepcionista, tivemos que aguardar alguém na recepção por 15 minutos quando chegamos! Enfim não recomendo a ninguém.

The hotel is very run down. The overall smell is terrible inside the lobby and the rooms. The "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke and was not very clean. I had to wipe the toilet seat before using and the tub was unusable. Paint peeling off the tiles and the tub itself. Garbage outside the doors was left and large rocks were left at the outside entrances (obviously so people didn't have to use their keys each time) - very unsafe. My husband took a picture of a large bug (which I am too afraid to look at) so not sure what is was! thank goodness we were checking out when he saw it otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep. The morning continental breakfast had no cream for coffee, no attendants wiping down tables, people were having to look in cabinets for sugar and other supplies...ran out of yogurt, waffle maker was a mess, etc etc. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel was very dirty,at the entrance there was trash thrown on the floor,the drawers were extremely dirty,inside the room ,the microwave had leftover food,the refrigerator was dirty inside and out.The sheets were stained and Berne’s with cigarettes,the sink was clogged. I definitely do not recommend this hotel
