Run down room. Lightbulb missing from lamp. Bugs crawling on wall. TV had only 6 channels and all fuzzy at that. Bathroom no stopper not that we would sit in there as it was disgusting. Toilet not bolted to floor always moved when in use. Terrible stay.

I needed a pet friendly room, when i got there none were available so they could not give me a room. The system should have not let this happen but expedia tells nothing to the hotel about the guest needing a pet room.

This is the DIRTIEST HOTEL I have ever stepped foot in. I walked in and walked right out, ROACHES on the wall and a bunch of other bugs so absolutely disgusting, my first time in Virginia and I do NOT plan on coming back soon

The room 332 assigned had bath tub with rust all over the base, cockroaches walking, toilet seat with coating peeled off, bad odor, no coffee pot, and bed with very cheap comforter and hole (may be from cigarette). It is like paying to get sick or acquire any disease. Replacement was not available. The only other room was #105 but it was abandoned by another guest due to bugs. I am sorry to say that this hotel should not be even listed. It doesn’t qualify to be a place of living.
