The bedding on my bed had a very funny smell... I didn't say anything to the property because I wasn't sure 1. What they would do and 2. I wasn't sure where the smell was exactly. 3. They probably wouldn't have believed me. I got a king suite and the tv reception was so spotty that watching tv in the living room was not happening. (So what was the point for the upcharge for a room that was really not usable?) The staff is FABULOUS. Regardless of the cons, I'll be back.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and no carpet was big bonus!! The hotel is new. However, eating area of breakfast was unavailable due to a water issue. The pool was not open until Memorial Day and it was 80 degrees outside my kids were disappointed. Overall, my stay was good.

I ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 out of 5 stars) Rating: 8/10 — B+ Overall My first impression of the hotel was excellent — the lobby was very clean, modern, and inviting. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. However, when I got to my initial room, I noticed the shower floor was slightly dirty and there was an unpleasant odor, similar to a bowel movement. Additionally, the room phone wasn’t working. I reported this to the front desk, and the receptionist immediately resolved the issue by switching me to a new room and even gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. That level of responsiveness was truly appreciated. Later that evening, some teenagers were being loud in the hallway around 11 PM to midnight. I called the front desk, and they quickly took care of the situation, allowing me to get a good night's rest. On the day of checkout, I had difficulty using the laundry room since the washer required a mobile app to operate and the code wouldn’t link to my phone. When I briefly stepped away to grab something from my room, another guest took my clothes from the machine. Thankfully, the incident was caught on security footage, and once again, the receptionist handled it professionally. They compensated me with money to wash my clothes at an outside laundromat, which I greatly appreciated. Despite the initial hiccups, the staff truly made the difference — I give them a 10/10 for their professionalism, kin

Its a new property and its very nice. The handicap accessible room we are in would be great for someone in a whechair - no carpet, no threshold into the bathroom and a roll in shower with a seat. I was in a wheelchair until recently and this room would have been perfect.
