The complimentary reception was wonderful. Breakfast was great other than runny instant eggs. The hotel seemed very clean, but there were several issues with maintenance. When we first got to our room, I noticed it was humid and warm. The air was set to 60 but the thermostat was reading 74. A mechanic was supposed to be sent to our room. They never actually fixed it, but whatever they did made water leak from the ceiling into the floor. They did provide a box fan which helped but made it so I couldn't hear the tv. The pool/fitness area is extremely hot and the water looked almost milky.

Great parking, location and easy access to highway and restaurants and stores. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The front desk staff were helpful. The property is not updated or cared for. The pullout bed had a mattress cover with crumbs or other debris. The bathroom door stuck as it opened and closed. There was almost no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in our hotel room. This was the worst kept Embassy Suites I have ever slept/stayed/been in.

Overall our stay was excellent. The location to the highway made traveling to different areas of the city convienent.That being said, there were a few minor issues.I had a hard time finding an ice machine that was working. (successful on the 3rd floor after checking the 5th and 6th) Also, the facility is showing signs of age. I will definitely consider this as my first choice for future reservations.

Good hotel, could be better
Personnel at hotel were great. Breakfast was great. Hotel is starting to show its age. Bathroom was tiny, with no fan and the drain plug in the sink was broken. Lighting was dark; one lamp was burned out. Parking for $10 a day seemed a lot, especially for a suburban hotel. I’d stay here again, but I’d also check other options.

Worst experience ever.
Unfriendly front desk staff member. My bathroom was filthy and hair was in my tub and the bathroom floor was filthy. I told the front desk, and he didn’t care less. No accommodations were offered. It took me about 30 minutes just to get checked in. I will never stay in that hotel again. I believe his name was Carson.

one elevator is as out of order and it took forever to wait for the one working elevator. Bathroom didn’t feel too clean I guess because it was older. Sink drained super slow. You have to pay $10 a day to park in their parking lot.

The bathroom is too small!!! There is entirely too much living room space and the bathroom is a cubbyhole. This hotel is quite dated. The bed was okay. The best thing about this place was the breakfast buffet. Then they have the nerve to charge $10 for parking in a PARKING LOT! Not a parking deck but a parking lot! Ridiculous!
