We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. Please know the reason why we have to ask room number in every guest if necessary because we wanted to make sure we are not giving any wrong information such as charging the wrong number/guest and for breakfast we have to make sure that every guest we encounter are actually a guest in the property.
