We stayed overnight in order to attend an event at the Dominion Energy Arena. It was a 10-12 minute walk from the hotel. There were restaurants in the area as well so the location was very convenient. The hotel room is not big but very adequate. I have no complaints.

I enjoyed the location and accessibility to many dining options. Carytown is beautiful. However, upon returning from dinner. We were greeted by several large water bugs *Cockroaches* that begun to fly in the restroom of our hotel. The towels were not cleaned or had been sitting for some time as they were very hard to touch the skin. The cleaning staff was super friendly, and you could tell that they were doing their best. There was no way to turn the air conditioning unit entirely off or even change the fan setting, so the unit constantly blew directly across the bed. My sister and i enjoyed our stay there. We felt very safe and everyone was very helpful and personable. We would have liked to stay longer, if we come back to stay in Richmond it will be with you. I do wish the price was lower.
