I found cockroaches walking on the floor bed and some were dead I ask front desk for room service and they just ask me if I check in I told him yes and his like ok the probability it was the language barrier but still I ask for room service never got it all I go it was clean towels

When I arrived to check in the staff were standing around speaking in Spanish. I was not greeted. I went to the counter and had to ask if anyone was going to help me check in.

The first 2 days the tv in the room did not work! The room was pre paid for and all that had to be give was the refundable $100 deposit! But instead of refunding the deposit they charged the deposit twice! I’m currently waiting to contact them directly in this matter.

Front desk staff were very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep us comfortable. We were able to park right in front of our door. There’s visible damage to door and wall surfaces that were masked by paint, but overall the stay was enjoyable. I’d definitely consider returning for future assembly events Thank you for your hospitality and great service.

The matress in the first room they gave me was absolutely digusting, peeked under the sheet and it was dirty and holey. The room was hot and i tried to turn on the air and it smelled heavily of mold. The unit was visably soiled and lookee like it had never beed cleaned. Asked to get moved they gave me a room two doors down. Walked past a the room in between and you could see into and it was gutted and under construction. The rooms they gave me were in the back and there was only one ither car in the lot back there, the foot traffic as well for that time of night made it feel unsafe for a woman traveling alone. I left and went somewhefe else. If i could give 0 stars i would. Asked for a refund because i refused to stay and was told the would not refund the room.
