Property was located close to the interstate and was in an area where you could eat and get gas.

Check in was suppose to be contactless but still had to go to front desk,even though i had checked in online. Carpet in room 403 is stained and found paperclip on floor from previous guest. Used pool and got stuck in bathroom because the lock jammed and staff had to come fix. Parking lot was having renos done but area had drivethru Mcdonalds and gas station with easy access to 95.

Clean and comfortable. Very easy to find. Hampton Inn is quickly becoming my go to hotel on the road.

Hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. Location leaves a lot to be desired as there are no restaurants other than fast food in the area.

When we arrived in the very early morning hours, we had a decent check-in experience. We were given our room, but when we got inside the room was filthy. Both of the beds were in disarray, sheets were in a pile on the floor, and the trash was full. I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer, so I walked down to check-in and no one was around. There was a phone in the lobby, and I called from there, where a gentleman answered and said he was delivering a roll-away and he'd be right down. The hotel was full, and there were no additional rooms with double beds. However, the gentleman placed us in 2 separate 1-bed rooms. They were not adjoining. The rooms he put us in were nice, but it was awkward and uncomfortable for our family of 4 to be split into separate, non-adjoining rooms. The gentleman there was very accommodating, and did what he could for us, so I couldn’t have expected anything more from him about the situation. However, the initial experience with the first room not being cleaned left a lasting negative impression.

They were extremely helpful. We were expecting a sofa couch, and they accommodated with an adjoining room making our night comfortable.

Great staff - clean and reasonable. Location is slightly industrial

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Nice hotel with great staff and good value. The only down side is the location across the street from and industrial area. No noise or smells, but not a pretty sight.
