This is my go to hotel when staying in Richmond. The location is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff is always courtesy and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Room was spotless. Could not find anything to change or suggest, super comfy bed, quality bedding and tightly made bed, fresh pillow cases. These rooms have been used for longer term tenants, so smell was a bit lived in, but not offensive or overly perfumed which was nice. Suggest a room that's not on the light/street side if you like quiet in the mornings.

I'm verify satisfied with the hotel cleanliness and condition. The staff was great. The reason for the low rating is our room was not available after confirmed reservations through Expedia on the check-in date. We were forced to stay in a room smaller and less expensive that what was reserved. They were not able to refund the price difference through the hotel or Expedia. I'm highly disappointed about that and feel cheated.

What a wonderful hotel! My son and I were traveling to Virginia to visit the University of Richmond and William & Mary, and our experience was absolutely incredible. I even mentioned to my son that if he decides to attend either school, this will definitely be my hotel of choice for future visits. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the fitness center had everything I needed for my workout routine. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was meeting Kimea (sp?). She is such a lovely person, and I am so grateful we had the opportunity to meet her. She is definitely an asset to this property, and I truly hope to see her again if we return to Virginia. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Bday & Marriage Proposal Weekend

My stay was a good one. I was there for 3 nights (Birthday weekend). The staff was friendly and the Complimentary Breakfast was good. The area had plenty of restaurants around so you shouldn’t go hungry. Other guests were a bit loud which was understandable because everyone were celebrating something. My only complaint would be the parking.. A truck and a pickup truck each took up 4 parking spots. Overall I was satisfied…
