We had a lovely view of ocean from the room. It's a bit outdated but was ok for trip. The vending/ice machines were out of order on floor I was on the whole time I was there. Staff at front desk really friendly and helpful.

The room needed some up grading, but it was very clean. Great views and friendly staff. A special shout-out to Christina who help us with our special accommodation situation. I’d definitely stay there again.

My stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the place felt neglected. The elevators were run-down. The pool was in such poor condition i didn't feel safe using it during our stay. My room was outdated and poorly maintained—cracked walls, peeling paint, mold in the fridge, and a wobbly door handle that made me feel unsafe. The flimsy door seemed like it could be kicked in with ease. The bathroom was tiny, with the door hitting the toilet when opened. The deck was weathered and long overdue for painting. Overall, this hotel is not worth your money. Unless you’re desperate for a place to crash and have no standards, I’d strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay

There were several bugs in the room. It is outdated. You could see parts of the ceiling around the door that had been peeling. There were 2 elevators and only one was working. The cleaning crew used the same elevators which made waiting for an elevator for the entire building very slow since there were 8 floors and waiting was very warm since there is no AC in the indoor corridors outside of the rooms.

The biggest problems was not enough public parking so people used hotel lot which wasnt big enough anyway. The other problem was people smoking on the balconies which is supposedly not allowed. The only way to get to the indoor pool is going outside and then back into the pool room. Plus no restrooms in the pool area. Overall the rooms were clean and its a great location on the beach. All of the Sraff were very helpful.
