Staff was super friendly. We had a nice room. Very clean only a couple of issues. Loved the view. We have mobility issues so we requested the first floor. Our AC unit stopped working the first night. They sent someone to repair it pretty fast however, they left out hotel door open while we were out. We thought maybe they were returning to fix unit so they left it propped but the AC didnt work and no one came back. Told them at checkout again upon leaving. We only stayed 2 nights. Only other issue was i wasnt strong enough to close the room door. It was catching at floor and you had to use bodyweight to get it shut.

It was our first time to Virginia Beach. This hotel was in a great location. We walked plenty of places. The room was clean and seemed updated. The view of the beach from our balcony was top notch. Tons of shops. The pool area was NOT humid and unbearable like most indoor pools. The parking garage turn was off the main street so it made it easier to get in and out. We did go in the "off" season and their parking garage was a little tight for my full size SUV but it worked for the amount of people there at the time. Breakfast had a nice selection. The dining area was a little small and the hours are short (hard to squeeze in breakfast with littles that early) but it works for the hotel. Would definitely stay again though.

The beach view was amazing. The only complaint I have is the pool was not heated the room the pool was in is heated but the pool was still cold. The staff was nice and the room was beautiful! Definitely a good short vacation.
