Overall, the stay was amazing. Virginia Beach is beautiful & now the beach i will be going to. Since the hotel is at the northmost end, there’s limited shopping & dining without walking a long way. The hotel was a bit outdated, but served our needs very well.

Inexpensive but comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would book again in the future. It was nice and quiet, the bed was so comfortable! Everything we needed was in walking distance! We spent most of our time at the beach and on the strip so it was perfect for our needs! The pool was great for my 6’3 finance who took pleasure swimming in the 8 ft deep pool! I would book here again it was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and then to the pool, to our room, to various restaurants! Everything was so close and convenient!

we loved our stay! The location is great, it is clean, and the staff is friendly. I did have some issues with trying to have sensible changes made. The staff was friendly, but was not able to help make even the most simple of changes for even the simplest of change, they will have you contact whoever you made your third-party booking with.. this definitely needs work…I’ll definitely be back

I liked that the staff was friendly and polite, from the front desk clerk to the technicians and housekeeping staff. I called to report that the safe was not working. The techs came up to the room in a very short time to fix the safe. I was somewhat unhappy with the room view to the Inlet which was very nice, if it wasn't for the large parking and road area in between. The hotel is dated, however: it's a clean, safe and reasonably priced place to stay for a couple of days. I was a solo, female traveler.

It's an older property snd a little old fashioned in decor, but is clearly well maintained. The hotel is right on the beach and has on-site parking. We arrived before checkin time, but the desk staff began the process and gave us a parking hang tag. They let us change in a bathroom so we could head to the beach. When our room was ready, they gave us a call to finish checkin and get keys. Still before regular checkin time. I felt that was very good customer service.

The first night at the property a cockroach ran from the room next door.The staff called an exterminator for the next day and the exterminator did come.However,when we came back to the room there were roaches everywhere including running up the walls and one in the bed.We asked for a full refund which they gave after seeing the pictures but said it would take 7 to 10 days to get.We had to change hotels and lost all the money for 7 to 10 days.I would never recommend this place to anyone.It was also older and not well kept overall.
