Clean, bright rooms! Excellent views. Kind, helpful staff. On the boardwalk, so it's walkable, but at the very end so it's still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.

We were very disappointed that our room didn’t have the cooking capabilities that all the others had. We planned our trip around having the option. We didn’t say anything because we were satisfied with the placement of our room and our neighbors we met.

The room didn’t have ac or a functioning door. We came back to our room with the door wide open. Staff was aware but didn’t care to let us know even though they knew we were traveling with two kids, one who was only 2years old. They switched our room to one without a jacuzzi and we still didn’t have ac. Staff were terrible and unhelpful. This was our second time there and we will never go back there again after this.

The location is excellent. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were in a poolside room and although clean, there was a strong cleaning chemical type of odor that took some time to get used to. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We were told twice they would fix and didn’t , 2nd time they brought a box fan and told us unfortunately 75 was the best it was going to be . -hotel could use some updates. -elevator is tiny

The ac didn’t work. The door didn’t close to the room. Tv didn’t work. They gave us a new room without a jacuzzi which we paid extra for. Also ac didn’t work in the new room either.

This is my favorite property on the beachfront here. I like the ocean view. It’s a medium sized hotel. Unfortunately, this year I couldn’t see the surf, due to long and high dunes that have been built since last year. And there were several noisy trucks putting down a beach wide flooring, and what looked to be long outhouses right in front of the hotel. The front desk clerk acted like he knew nothing about them, even said he hadn’t noticed them. Someone at a restaurant said “it was for Beach Week, but they lost their funding, so it was cancelled.” However, it’s still a peaceful and beautiful way to spend a few days.
