It’s a very old hotel property. Water not draining from the bathtubs. No mirrors in the hotel room.

The staff was friendly but we had a few issues: no shower curtain despite my call to guest services, dirty carpet, and the "oceanview" was definitely not worth the extra $60.

Loose pieces in the bathtub

- The carpet has burn signs and it is old, ready for a change. - The hot-cold water indicator of the tub's tap is not fixed and slips under the arm, iso it can be dangerous. - The little table is too little even for two people to eat a breakfast. It is a relic of the last millennia. Otherwise the location is great and the personnel are excellent.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Price of the hotel was very reasonable. We stay here frequently when vacationing to Virginia Beach. We have been coming here for the last 10 years and we have never had a bad experience with this hotel.

Perfect Location....we could walk to great food and ice cream ahops. Pocohauntas for breakfast, Los Palms for Mexican, Nautilas for Steaks, plus 2 great places connected to Hilton were delicious,. Local pizza and ice cream placed also had great food. Souvenirs at Sunsation were just a shot walk. Accomodations wrre first class. Right on the beach. This was in jthe top 2 or 3 of the nicest places i ever stayed at. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Never again, thats a resort??

The experience wasnt good. The room was old, very small , parts of room falling apart, refrigerator door broken. The 2 doors going into the room were too heavy, pulled a muscle opening them. We were stuck in parking lot for 45 mi s by the time we could get help. Finally found out the problem was that when checking in, she only gave us the QR code until May 15th instead of the 17th. We missed an important meeting.The bathroom was sooo small, and out of date. Poor excuse for a for a resort! We should get a refund or something. Never again will we stay there!!!! Most of staff were great. Lunden the valet person went above and beyond!! We did enjoy the pools.

The location was absolutely perfect. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The ocean view was amazing and very relaxing. Stephon Clay did a great job with my bags and valet parking. This will be my go-to vacation spot anytime I am in Virginia Beach.
