No shower curtain and only one towel. Requested both after check in and don’t receive until 10:30am the next day! Then the housekeeper comes and leaves the shower curtain outside the door in a bag. Another housekeeper comes to deliver the towels and just walks in our room. Disappointing.

For what was paid for this property, it truly could have been in better conditions. There were many light bulbs out and look as if cleaning had been rushed. Service was subpar and due to overall experience, we won’t be booking here again.

Nice adults only indoor pool & hot tub
Me & hubby had a 2 night stay, had stayed here before & loved the adults only indoor pool & hot tub.We had a 2 br king ocean front suite, very spacious. We were on 18th floor so views great, only issue - at night sound of something running all night made sleeping hard, guessing it was rooftop motorized equipment since we were below that. We checked in @ 1pm, knew too early to get in room, was told we'd get text when room ready. We had lunch, walked around was given access to amenities. Around 3:30 still no text, asked front desk did they have any idea how long it may be, looked up reservation & said room had been cleaned but waiting for maintenance to do something. In a few minutes a gentleman (guess management) came over & said it was ready. We had no coffee maker, texted front desk & housekeeping brought one in about 30 minutes. Room nice but showing age, shower entrance tile cracked & water leaked onto floor. The adult pool & hot tub clean, hot tub great temp & good jets, we enjoyed that very much. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance, had a very nice time.

Horrible WiFi/internet connection!
The beach and pool and hot tub was nice and everything outside the room but super weak WiFi/internet connection and cable had no tv guide which really upset me and said nothing they could do about it

Great place to stay, needs some updating
The staff at the front desk was great, the room itself was cleaned, but there were a few things that could have been fixed. the bathroom door was coming off the hinge, you had to lift it to shut it. there was no ice bucket, we used the water pitcher from the fridge, but had to was hit first because there was still liquid in it. The post that hold up the small stand alone counter was very rusty at the bottom, looked very dirty.

Property location, directly on beach, and staff were fantastic. Plenty of good dining choices in immediate area too! Only drawback: very close proximity to Norfolk and naval fighter jets in constant travel directly overhead throughout the day with ear splitting noise is difficult to endure.

Hotel was great. Unfortunately, our room was not ready until almost 6 PM. This was very frustrating as we were tired and traveled along way. We ended up having to sit in the lobby for a few hours waiting. Once we got our room we were happy but that was unacceptable in my eyes .
