The staff was very helpful and polite. The parking was a little confusing at first since this hotel and the hotel across from it share the same parking garage. The staff was very helpful in directing us where to go and helped if there was any trouble with our parking pass. The food was appetizing, and the drink service was very nice. There was a limit on the drinks, but they had good alcohol content. They also provided snacks with the evening drink service. The shower in our room was amazing and the beds we're comfortable. A little bit on the firm side, but not overly firm. Would stay here again.

The service is amazing!!!!! The staff, from all areas of the hotel, were truly wonderful and helpfull at all times. However the linens and towels are scratchy. I dont have expensive linens and towels at home so my expectations are not that high.

Property was beautiful, it’s winter so we didn’t come for the beach. I was attending a Holiday party that my company hosted. Pulled up to valet to park my car and the guy got in another and took off. I stood there 15+ minutes and finally just said, “I’ll park it myself” the. He showed when I was driving into the garage and took it. Same thing the following morning at checkout, took forever to get my car. They apologized claiming several events were happening and the hotel was near capacity, to that I say bring more staff in if know this ahead of time. Regardless staff was friendly, just need better planning.

The layout of the room lacks access to outlets near or around the tv. After checking in we tried to use the microwave provided in the room and the outlet it was plugged into stopped working, we let the front desk know and they said they would send somebody upstairs to check. No one came to check, and we received no follow up for the issue, as well as the fridge not having an option to adjust the temperature, and small trashcans that fill up very easy, and can’t hold much trash that may buildup

The room was very clean. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. There were so many events to keep us entertained and on the resort, if we weren’t visiting family, we wouldn’t have had a reason to leave the hotel at all during our stay. I had such a great stay from the staff to the food. Honorable mention to Rio at the omelet station, he definitely started our day off pleasant with his good energy and food made with love. We will definitely be back! 10 stars

We booked a king size bed, after arriving at 11pm we checked in and headed to our room only to find out when walking in we had two full size beds. After going down and informing them we had the wrong room we were told we were given a “free upgrade” since they ran out of king sized beds. The staff insisted going from a king size bed to two full size beds was an upgrade for me and my wife and refused to offer any refunds.
