Staff was great but the hotel condition were not good I had dirty sheets with visible crumbs and hair body stains urine it was terrible and there wasn’t any hit water so I was not happy about it

This hotel is a dump. Trash, underwear, dirty laundry in stairwells. Shower head, faucet, light switches hanging off the wall. Reception couldn't be hardly bothered to do much. We won't be back.

The location was very easy to access, and the parking felt secure. The staff was friendly and welcoming. However, when we entered our room, we found it to be decent overall but noticed several issues: the towels were dirty, the toilet paper dispenser was empty, and we discovered a used towel tucked away in the drawer. Additionally, there was a pack of cigarettes in the same drawer, along with some small items scattered on the sofa. Furthermore, the TV in the bedroom was not functional.

Balcony door wouldn’t unlock and wouldn’t shut properly once opened. Electrical outlets did not work. Front door wouldn’t lock properly, had to slam doors very hard to lock them. Beautiful view of the ocean though. Walking access to boardwalk is a plus.
Front of the remote IR projector is missing as well.
Backing of remote is missing.
No cable hook up to the TV that is said to be there in binder shown in picture.

Disgustingly filthy. Trash everywhere, including maintenance of full trashbags direclty next to vending maxhine and only elevator. Human feces in the parking lot. Trash all over the parking lot. Disgusting elevator. Filthy bathroom. Stained couch. Materially different from photos and description. We stayed the first night but checked out the first morning. Asked for a refund and were told we had to contact hotels.com.

Avoid if you can, but a

Quiet during the day but cant sleep at night cause of the noise. Cant call front desk, they will not answer even though they are 5 feet away. 1/2" of dust on bedroom a/c. More like a $50 motel than a hotel. Had trouble with tv and they actually opened my suitcase! Oh, interior pictures were nice but when we walked in things were missing, like the table.

Good location & just steps to the beach. That’s where the good ends. Upon entering the room, black mold was noted on the shower curtain and the living area curtain. When I called to ask about a clean curtain, I was told “We’ll see”. Also noted bugs, both dead and dying, throughout the room. SAFETY: Trim pieces were falling off with sharp nails/tacks exposed. Also, power cord for lamp was missing one of the prongs. Hadn’t stayed at Marjac for about 20 years, and won’t for at least another!

Obviously the beach view is a great feature. I enjoyed my stay but since I was in an end unit, I heard cars revving on Atlantic Avenue well into the night.

Run down, lack of maintenance, disqusting

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Booked for 2 nights. Stayed for 12 hours overnight and checked out. This place has not done any improvements or repairs in year's. Door looks like it was busted in. Secondary lock broke, sink faucet, broke or loose. Stepped on broken glass in the morning and found a broken mirror in a unlocked maintenance closet. They tried blaiming me for breaking it. Balcony dirty with cigarette ashes and paper towels. The list goes on. If i didnt arrive so late, i would of bever stayed a single night. NO REDUNDS OR DISCOUNTS for a place that should not even be open to the public.
