Staff was friendly and nice, all around the entire stay. Issues with the room is another story. Maybe I missed it in the hotel information but there was no option for streaming services. When we called to inquire about it we were told we had to have our own device to watch streaming. They also mentioned that the same complaint is pretty common. So we did that. We used my iPad, purchased a hdmi cable and adapter. Once we had everything setup and connected we still didn’t see an option to change the source on the tv. We spoke to front desk again. They sent an engineer up. With respect he seemed unsure and he said he didn’t know and was going to reach out to his boss but that even though he got off at 11pm, he was going to get back to us. This was around 8:30pm next morning, heard nothing fron anyone. Went back to the front desk, mentioned the same thing the young lady said that there is a number to call, something about a firewall. She also mentioned that it’s a 2 hour call and most guests hangup which is weird. Not sure what we wanted to do we told her we would take the number in case. Later that night until the next morning. Heard nothing. Also the room that was our adjoining room, the balcony door was leff open so we had all this air coming in for about 2-3 days.
