Everything was squeaky clean and beautiful looked like you could literally eat off their floors. Room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy I didn’t want to leave lol thanks y’all

Desk staff was not helpful regarding noise from guests late at night on room floor and the mattress pad was not sized correctly for bed so bunched up over night/surprised by how long the wait was for an elevator, I’ve stayed here before and was not a problem before

The front desk staff were extraordinarily polite. The gentleman who drove us to the opera was very knowledgeable about local events and restaraunts.
