Desk staff was not helpful regarding noise from guests late at night on room floor and the mattress pad was not sized correctly for bed so bunched up over night/surprised by how long the wait was for an elevator, I’ve stayed here before and was not a problem before

The front desk staff were extraordinarily polite. The gentleman who drove us to the opera was very knowledgeable about local events and restaraunts.

We were told that our room was "oversold" and that we would have to be "walked" to a new property. They could not find a room for us and we had to spend the night in our daughter's sorority house. Staff was rude and did not offer anything in compensation.
