Good location for my needs. Bathtub faucet needs repair as it leaks badly as the shower is turned on in room 319. Quite and comfortable stay.

The only complaint was that my reservations wasn't showing up in the system. I had to call the 1800 number to get the hotel reservation number. The front desk person knew exactly what to do.

Not your typical Hampton Inn

This hotel was much larger than most of the Hampton inns I have stayed at across the country, and unfortunately the only one I would review negatively. Rooms need updating, and carpets need changed out because some of the funky smells in there just can't be covered up. It was not as clean as most of them I have been in and the quality of the breakfast food wasn't up to standard of the rest of them. Some of the Breakfast area furniture was torn and not in good condition. Hoping they update the place for other traveler's comfort as I won't be staying there again.

Excellent Customer Service

The staff here were excellent. Very attentive. Room was very clean and lots to choose from at the breakfast!

Excellent hotel and the best staff

I stayed at this location for a week long business trip and I have to say it was the best Hampton with the best staff. Everyone was so friendly and treated me like they have known me for years. I appreciate the thoughfulness of making my week away from home easier to cope with.
