I booked a room here cause it was within walking distance of the Durham Performing Arts Center. Room did feature a large comfortable bed. Perfect size room. Don`t expect a complimentary breakfast,or any luggage carts because neither one is provided,which for the price you pay,both should be included. Parking is a hassle since you have to park on the third level of a parking deck and wait endlessly for the elevator to take you back down to the front entrance. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate Aloft a 6.

For future reference we do have luggage carts for guests who made need them to help get their things up to their room, and our front desk staff are also happy to assist any disabled or elderly guests. Breakfast is a la carte, as it is made to order by our chef. I have shared your feedback with the appropriate team members in an effort to ensure our guests have the best experience possible. Nice hotel close to DPAC, Ballpark

The hotel was conveniently located adjacent to the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC), around the corner from the ballpark and a few short blocks away from downtown and several interesting restaurants. There was a lobby bar where the bar staff was friendly, and the folks at the front desk were warm, welcoming and helpful.
