¡Bienvenido al paraiso! Esta hermosa casa fue construida a medida y se encuentra en una de las calles más bonitas de las pintorescas islas de Punta Gorda.

Para los entusiastas de la navegación, hay un acceso rápido y directo a Charlotte Harbor. Desde el lanai, disfrute viendo veleros y yates a motor mientras navegan lentamente por el canal.

Esta espaciosa casa tiene techos altos con un plano de planta abierto, que fluye desde la cocina hasta el comedor, tanto para la familia como para las salas de estar. Hay 4 habitaciones grandes (una de las cuales tiene una cama abatible tamaño queen, abatible y se puede usar como sala de estar u oficina) con 3 baños completos. Las habitaciones divididas maximizan la privacidad de los huéspedes. La cocina gourmet es amplia y está bien equipada, e incluye dos fregaderos separados y mostradores de preparación de alimentos.
Disfrute de la piscina climatizada, spa y lanai privado orientados al este. Puede disfrutar de maravillosos amaneceres, tardes soleadas y amplias zonas de sombra para relajarse. En la terraza hay una cocina al aire libre con un fregadero. Hay un patio protegido al sol ubicado junto a la cocina y el dormitorio de invitados para tomar el sol, o simplemente leer y relajarse.

Hay una gran cantidad de pesca que se tendrá en el muelle. Puedes pescar snook, redfish, sheep shead y muchos más. Te encantará ver a los delfines y los manatíes tomándose su tiempo mientras pasan.
Ubicada a poca distancia a pie, o un paseo en bicicleta (muchas bicicletas para que elijas) es la playa en Ponce De Leon Park. No querrá perderse las espectaculares puestas de sol, el muelle de pesca y la caminata por la naturaleza de los manglares. Además, aquí se encuentra el Santuario de Vida Silvestre en el que disfrutarán tanto los niños como los adultos.

Fisherman's Village (restaurantes y tiendas) está ubicado aproximadamente a 2 millas de la casa, con el hermoso centro de Punta Gorda a poca distancia de allí.
Los caminos para caminar y andar en bicicleta son abundantes en Punta Gorda. Muchos de estos caminos se encuentran a lo largo del pintoresco puerto de Charlotte.

Cant imagine a better stay

The house was 100% on point. Everything worked, everything was good quality, the kitchen had everything you could possibly imagine to anything you could possibly want.The ad for this house was clear and not in any way misleading. In fact i think it understated the home.I have rented upwards of 25 houses over the years and there is always something unexpected. Not the case here at all.All of my guests were overwhelmed and what a wonderful property this is.

Pool pleasure

This home was a great layout for our 3 generation family. The pool was a hit with the kids, and sitting out watching the boats go by was enjoyable. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for the cooking that we did. Nice neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful property and responsive owners

We stayed in Punta Gorda in February, when properties all over the area were still recovering from the hurricane that hit in October. The house was nearly perfect, with a few repairs still needed that didn't impact our stay. The owners were extremely communicative after the hurricane, and they kept us in touch with repairs, and offered to let us cancel if we weren't satisfied. It's a lovely home in a nice neighborhood, and we would rebook this home again.

Beautiful home on Punta Gorda Isle

A beautiful home on one of the canals in Port Charlotte. The location was perfect for biking, running, and sightseeing Punta Gorda. We had breakfast on the lanai every day of our stay, and it was so nice! We took advantage of the heated pool a couple of times and used the spa every night to unwind. The kitchen was stocked, there were pool towels available for use, and a great array of bicycles available which was a nice surprise. The home is spacious and comfortable, great for three couples to spread out in. Many high tech amenities throughout the home as well. Randy and Caroline were very helpful and friendly. We would stay at their property again!

Very Nice Home

The house was even better than the pictures. The neighborhood was great for walks and bike rides and the neighbors were extremely friendly. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool area gets morning sun so shady in the afternoon. We never used the outdoor grill as the counter and cabinet looked damaged due to heat. Our only disappointment was a bill after our first week for pool heat. The pool was at 60 degrees when we arrived so we set at 80 degrees (per description from owner). After receiving the initial bill we turned pool back to 60 degrees and did not use.

Beautiful, well maintained home with amazing view of the canal and location.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had no problems at all getting into the home and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Excellent home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay so much. House is lovely, pool and hot tub area were perfect. We enjoyed watching the boats go by. Quiet neighborhood and lots of bikes in the garage made walks/bike rides easy. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Awesome house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! The house was incredibly nice with plenty of space. Having several bedrooms and the outside living space made all the difference. The pool, hot tub, and lanai were amazing! Having the living room open to the outside let you feel apart of what was going on outside if you were inside. The home being backed to the canal was a real bonus! We rented kayaks and kayaked through the canals to the mangroves channels. So peaceful and beautiful and amazing. We also rented a boat for 2 days and was able to dock it at the house. The owners were super friendly and extremely helpful if anything came up. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home with lovely setting. Very well kept and clean. Great location on the intracoastal. Love the floor to ceiling doors that open up to the great room. What a great feature and is a tribute to true Florida living! Booking return visit soon.

Best rental house ever!!!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over many years, but this home in Punta Gorda ranks as the very best!! The house itself is beautiful, with every possible amenity— huge TVs with every option, tons of cooking equipment, beautiful pool/hot tub/lanai area, great canal location for watching boat traffic, comfortable living spaces, and wonderful beds! The neighborhood is a quiet residential one, perfect for walking, and with friendly neighbors. This was our first trip to the Punta Gorda area, and we found it to be perfect for relaxing—many lovely parks, good restaurant choices, and enough shops to make things interesting, without the crazy busyness of other Florida cities. Possibly the absence of a real beach here would be a detriment for some, but we enjoyed the walkable waterfronts without all the people. Our month-long stay was at the very start of, and during, the Coronavirus quarantine, and we couldn’t have had a better place to shelter during this time. We cooked at home most evenings, but also got carry-out several times from restaurants we knew must be struggling during what would usually be their busiest season. Randy was absolutely the most responsive owner with whom we’ve ever dealt! He always cheerfully answered our (many!) questions, and responded to our e-mails and phone calls immediately. The home has many hi- tech features that needed explanations, and he was wonderful to deal with in every respect. This is truly a beautiful home, the neighborhood is wonderful, and the owner could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend it!!
