Though it is part of a larger house, guests will enjoy their own private floor with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious deck, and waterfront views. Entertaining everyone will be a breeze, as the open-concept layout is perfectly designed to allow the dining, living, and kitchen areas to seamlessly flow together. Spend each evening in the fresh air as you watch the river flow by and fire up the gas grill for a cookout with the whole gang. When the stars come out, ending nights with a movie night on the flatscreen TV or playing a few board games is never a bad idea!

This home is set in a quiet neighborhood, yet the bustling city of downtown Portland is a short eight-mile drive away! Head into town and experience the eclectic and exciting nature of Portland by meandering around the different neighborhoods and soaking in the culture. Bring the kids along to the Portland Zoo for a fun afternoon or walk along the water after visiting the famous Powell's City of Books! The Hawthorne area offers adorable boutiques and delicious restaurants like Por Qué No! The city is filled with amazing coffee shops as well, so you can't go wrong with simply heading out without a plan each day, as every district offers something different.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
