I was on a trip with my 12 year old son and i felt very safe in this area. The staff was so kind and helpful and i really appreciated that. My only complaint is the pool was pretty cold, other than that though, everything was awesome

The property is excellent, but the number of homeless (actually living in tents on the sidewalk) and the stuff that they threw everywhere makes it unwelcoming. I expected Portland to be a much cleaner city, and not be as BAD as OAKLAND.

We had a great stay here with our family of five. The room is huge, the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we were easily within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I was easily able to maneuver with my wheelchair and getting around the room was easy as well; I don’t think I dinged up any corners with my chair at all, unlike most hotels I stay at. This place also had one of the best breakfast I have ever encountered at a hotel. We will definitely book here again.

Morgan at the front desk was very helpful and cordial at check-in and during each encounter thereafter. We were offered a luggage cart as well when we arrived which was very much appreciated.

Good value for a city location. Beds comfortable and linens and towels good quality which is important to me. Workout area large for a hotel and clean. Although paying $40 for parking isn't great, the area does border an area with alot of homeless and car break ins so don't cheap out and pay for the secured valet. Walking distance to shopping, great many food choices and we went to Powells bookstore twice.
