Staff were very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious, the building is beautiful - lots of old Portland charm - the elevators are smaller than modern elevators - they work great but something for anxious people to be aware of.

Room was very clean and staff were friendly with some useful info for the area. Ended up getting a black friday price so I booked this for even cheaper than usual. The on-site parking is very useful but it would likely be very cramped for any larger SUVs or trucks to get into. It's an additional $35 per night but it is free to come and go and it is locked/secured with a key. Highly recommend due to the area and the public parking being known for break-ins. The public parking is pretty much the same price anyways.

Room was clean & comfortable. Nicely furnished, jowever both chairs in the room had poor seat cushion support.. both should be refurbished. I originslly decided to pay fir 1 night parking..$36 per nite but decided st check in that I ewiuld not park over nite for second night & was told by the front desk person that I should tutn in the parking pass so as to not by charged for second night.. I came to frint desk at 2:30 pm next day & was told that 1pm was the cut-off time to not be charged another WHOPPING 36$ ! Very disappointing & preventing me to be able to have a dinner out! luckily i found a store with $6 turkey & cheese sandwich… I suggest the parking info be printed on the Room key card.
