Yen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Beside the valet parking provided by our hotel for the convenience of our guests, there are several nearby self parking garage and street parking. Both of these are lower cost. If you were looking for complimentary parking you would need to consider hotels in the suburb areas. Thank you again. Dave Murray General Manager

Location is fabulous and the hotel is quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the little things added up to a disappointing stay. We had two adjoined rooms while there. In one room when we arrived there were small drops of blood on the sheets that were not replaced the next day. Also, the coffee area was not restocked for the next day. In the other room when we arrived the little coffee area had open packages and items missing. It was also sticky. There was also no soap. The second night shortly after 10pm while in bed the bathroom mirror came off the wall and shattered. Thankfully nobody was hurt. It took about 20 minutes and two phone calls to get assistance cleaning that up. And when we checked out our car was parked in the rain very close to another car so we had difficulty loading it up. There was plenty of space under cover. The Original Dinerant, which does the room service for the hotel, did okay. The breakfast card you leave on the door overnight does not match the breakfast menu in the room. They have good food but cross contamination is an issue for those wanting gluten free food especially for dinner. Needless to say the mirror was an unusual circumstance but with the cost of Courtyard by Marriott we expected them to be much better than what we experienced.

Enjoyed our stay but room and bathroom were dirty
