Although the security feature in the elevator made us feel safe, it was difficult to use when your hands were full. The parking was three blocks away and we got locked in the parking garage that was suggested by valet because they had security. Food wasn't very close and we were charged for coming and going in the secured parking garage. The hotel room although the shower was nice, we would have preferred being able to relax in a tub for a soak. Overall the room was nice, but the sitting area and the sleeping area shared a t.v. so there was no staying up while the other half layed down otherwise one of us didn't get t.v. the room was nice though.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. They were friendly and very accommodating. Great knowledge of the area and very prompt with things like retrieving our car and even getting an item out of the car that we had left there when it was parked.

We stayed and had a dog barking next to us all day and night and then you could hear the upstairs people stomping around. When we checked out we left a bag. I was told by staff I couldn’t go check the room then was told if they did find it they would hold it. I live in another state. My husband went in talked to a manager they went checked the room which had been “cleaned” only to find our bag by the bed. Super unprofessional, noisy, and not the safest area.
