First floor was really loud. Door to outside had an alarm that went off frequently, the tile floor really made even normal conversation seem loud, laundry and ice maker also very noisy. And staff going into and out of doors was noisy. I ended up with earplugs and I was fine

I am truly sorry that your stay was inturrpted by so many noises during your stay on the first floor. While we try to put guests that prefer a quieter room on an upper floor sometimes this is not available. The best way to avoid a first floor room is to book anything but a standard queen room or an accessible room as these are the only room types on the ground floor. We do also have ear plugs at the front desk should anyone want some. We hope you will stay with us again and let us know you would like a higher floor. Thanks again for the feedback.

Other then the bathroom fan being so loud and disturbance the food is baldly broken and doesn’t shut all the way, the room look as if it’s just remodeled and it’s very clean

It was not cleaned, had to move rooms because blood on bathroom floor, second room they did not clean the toilet, they had to come and clean it. The sheets on the bed were too small for the bed and they did not stay on the bed. They did not clean our room the second day at all. No extra towels to shower

The front desk staff was nice. When we first checked in she told us that we shouldn’t show up after 8 a.m. for the breakfast because it’d probably be gone even though it was until 9 a.m. Our room was dirty, didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, there was a dirty foot print on the toilet lid, and the toilet seat was falling off. When I mentioned it to the front desk they just apologized. I would have thought they would have offered a little bit of a refund or something. I wasn’t impressed and we definitely didn’t try to have breakfast there after the comment that was made. Won’t stay there again.

I am sorry we did not take care of the issues in your room while you stayed. Normally when staff is told of things right away we do what we can to fix it during your stay. We always have a rush right around 8 am but do try to keep the breakfast stocked till 9 am as stated on our breakfast hours. I am sorry the front desk staff did not have optimal customer service during your stay.

For a new hotel, the front sliding door didn't open up entirely. As soon as you walked in the door the stench hit you so bad, it made us nauseous. We tried to check in a 1:00 pm instead of the 3:00 pm required check-in and was told they were so busy the night before, they got a late start on cleaning and the people in our particular room didn't want to leave (check out time is 12:00 pm), so we weren't able to check in, which was fine. We used their front bathroom and it was filthy, the floors, toilet were dirty, no supplies. An employee came out of the building crying. There were no cars in the parking lot, so I can't understand how they could be so busy. Even the outside looked like it needed painting, etc. The whole experience was disgusting. We cancelled our reservation and when Travelocity contacted the hotel, they were told I was lying about everything. I will never recommend anyone stay there. I hope Travelocity pulls their endorsement for that place too.
