So we got there when Microsoft 10 had its shut down. Check in was all paper which was fine line was long because of this which was fine to me but what wasn’t fine is that I booked this hotel for the rooftop bar not for the bar but for the views and experience. The rooftop was closed due to the Microsoft 10 outage. -.- very disappointing. The front desk man gave us two free drinks at the bar but never got to use it. Also I bought breakfast for 4 as a package deal w my room for 25 bucks and it covered 80 dollars worth of food at their restaurant which was amazing !!!!! I would stay again I want to see that rooftop bar lol

Not the hotels fault.
I was not able to check in due to the Microsoft issue. Definitely not their fault. Nor mine, but i did end up cancelling my reseevation because they "couldn't " validate thet i had called the day prior to confirn i had a reservation the day prior. I will continue booking with Hilton because i rearely get aweful service, i am taking this as a fluke due to that dumb Microsoft issue.

We had such a wonderful stay on our trip to Portland! It was pretty walkable to some good restaurants. We wish we had more time there to try each their bar and restaurant but we did get a chance to try their cafe and it was great! The hotel was right by a police department which helped us feel a little more safe. Thank you Jason for checking us out of our hotel and seeming very genuine when asking about our stay. We would love to stay again!

The pool, sauna and steam room are really nice- great lighting. The rooftop bar was a fun option. The food was really tasty in the restaurant despite having a reduced menu. Friendly staff everywhere.

Front desk guy that checked us in, he had a thick accent and dark hair. He was rude and wouldn’t even look up. The check out man was amazing, I think his name was Joshua or Jordan and he was great and helpful. Also. This hotel is more “adult friendly” than kid friendly and I picked it for that reason not expecting that the pool and hot tub would close at 8-9pm. I barely got back to the hotel from dinner by 9pm and wished I had a chance to go to the pool/hot tub as that was one of the deciding factors in choosing this hotel. I am confident that I won’t be picking this one again as it’s not worth the price for what you get.

The service at the restaurant was terrible. The waiters were rude and did not care to help. Our rooms we originally booked where given to someone else and we were given another room instead. Overall a terrible experience overall with really bad customer service.
