Room and overall hotel was good. Clean, bed was comfortable, and it was decently quiet for being in downtown Portland!
The only downside is there was some miscommunication with the hotel staff and the amenities offered.
We were told the bar and lounge was open until 1am. It was about 11:30 when my friend and I sat at the bar downstairs, all we wanted was a hot chocolate lol. We sat for about 10 minutes before the bartender appeared and then proceeded to completely ignore us. He didn’t make eye contact or speak to us whatsoever, just cleaned up and walked out the back to never return. We sat for probably another 15 minutes before the lady at the front desk finally mentioned they were closed. Let me also say there were other guests that had just been waited on and handed drinks.
