We felt the lobby was too cold to sit in and visit with family and friends. There was no buffer between the conversation areas and the cold wind or air that came in thru the revolving doors. A screen or different placement of furniture would make this area more comfortable for users.

Best in Vancouver, but isn't anything too fancy

Pros: Location
Cons: I was surprised that a small refrigerator was in the room, but no microwave was included.
Location: Fort Vancouver Museum, restored Hudson's Bay Co's Fort Vanvouver, Pearson Air Museum, Clark College, and a couple nice parks to go to
It is within walking distance to Clark College and Fort Vancouver which was convenient for me, but there were homeless people staying outside the hotel and nearby Esther Park was pretty shady at night. It is near the airport and a block and a half away from the train tracks, which can all be heard from the room. The room itself was decent, but nothing more than what can be found at a more reasonably priced motel in other cities. The only nice part was that I could avoid the northbound traffic leaving Portland.

does not keep track of day today issues

Pros: It was near the house of my grandchildren
Cons: See the experience notes above
Location: Downtown Vancouver WA. It was Thanksgiving and I didn't look for things to do
Shower did not work No room service menu in room No compensation offered for broken shower Room service expensive -- final cost almost twice the menu price for an entre At breakfast, the vegetable garnish on plate was limp and turning brown Could not get an aspirin without walking a block in the rain to a convenience store Had to go outside in the rain in order to enter the main hotel restaurant Could not get reward points because room was ordered on Travelocity

i recommend this if you want to be close to town

for me i can be in a better place, you have to pay for parking, no incontinetal breakfast, the room were okey , but really there are better hotel than that ,ive been in better places and less price or if its more than what i paid for hilton, it was worthed.
