Hits and misses. Some people were friendly then some people didn’t want to talk. The door to our room wasn’t shutting and we were told we weren’t suppose to be in the room. Maintenance came up to clear the ticket and told us. They were kind about it but came in without knocking. They didn’t know people were in there.

The staff at check in were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Loved the hot cookies. The area outside seems a little unsafe. The lobby and restaurant are area of the hotel are nice and beautifully decorated. We had a drink at the bar and all the staff were very nice. The room is large and very nice. Clean and the bed is comfortable.

The only issue I had was I could not understand why housekeeping was banging and shouting housekeeping at 8 in the morning. It was a 1 night stay and checkout was not until noon. Everythingbelse was fantastic.
