First visit to Portland
Hotel is sufficient but the furniture in the rooms is not very comfortable. We liked the common room on the second floor and the restaurant attached to the hotel was good. It’s located a little bit south of the action but not far enough you couldn’t walk if you really wanted or Uber cheaply

Service was fantastic. Room was clean and the shower was my favorite part. They do come in everyday to clean your room if you dont put a sign up so just know that but i mean for the price and service i am 100% satisfied.

The hotel was very nice and all staff were friendly, but Matt at the front desk stood out! He was able to get us checked in with a great room despite and error on behalf of hotels.com. I would definitely stay here again when we visit family.

This hotel is peaceful and quiet. Our room was spacious and very clean. It seems pretty new so everything worked well and was orderly. The neighborhood is also quiet and easily accessible with short walks to streetcar stops. We would definitely stay here again. It was a good value and a nice place!

I requested a higher floor and my room was on the 7th floor. I requested a room change from a King to 2 queens and they upgraded for free became I was told by a front desk associate on the phone that I wouldn’t be charged, although the initial offer was $20/night more. My non functioning coffee machine was promptly replaced, and housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning my room, although I never requested it. Easy walk to waterfront, Safeway, and the Pearl District.
