We had a wonderful stay. This hotel is top notch. The only thing that was even remotely frustrating was getting our car from valet parking in the morning. We failed to call down from our room to have it brought around. When we got to the desk to have them get our car we were told that, since we didn’t call ahead, it would be a bit of a wait. 40 minutes later we got our car. They were very polite and were working as fast as they could, so we weren’t upset, but I highly recommend calling ahead of when you want your car.

Very nice hotel- I really like how luxurious it looks and it really felt like 5 stars. The staff are all very nice - no one made me feel out of place. Across hotel are premium brands for shopping like LV, Chanel , YSL and Gucci. I felt safe. The Urban Farmer serves delicious food. We also tried the Departure restaurant. If I would go back to Portland, I will definitely stay in there again. 5 stars.
