Great clean hotel. Our check in host was slightly rude but other then that we had a solid stay. Room is a little hot with a terrible view of the ac unit and we couldn't open the window for fresh air. Beds were nice and we found out the Waters on the fridge are complimentary and not charged. Great coffee downstairs and walkable everywhere.

The rooms are a bit old and bed sheets as well, but price, location and cleaning was good. If staying short term, then would consider doing Snug rooms again, for longer stays the larger rooms are probably better. It is close to a lot of good stores and restaurants, so I would definitely be booking in this area in the future

This hotel is extremely rundown and poorly maintained. The rooms feel neglected, with visible wear and a lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere is far from welcoming — staff showed little hospitality or effort to make guests feel comfortable. Definitely not worth the price or the photos online. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Such a great vibe at this place, and a fantastic location! Staff was all very friendly and chill, valet service was worth every penny. The room was cozy and small, with lovely old-school touches that really made one think of the old days of people living in hotels in the cities at the turb of the century. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone who wants to explore this part of Portland without having to worry about their car, as everything is so walkable from the hotel!

This place was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I travel a lot for work and this was ridiculous. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude and nasty. Made me feel completely unwelcome. I mean, seriously? You have no idea who's working your front desk? Also the neighborhood was like a zombie movie. The rooms were average at best. I've stayed at Hoxton in London and had better experiences, but this one will forever taint my opinion and I will never book again. The biggest issue was a front desk person who has no business having any job, much less a service job. Good luck!
