My room facing the courtyard on the top floor was quiet and the bed was comfortable, but the room was obviously a smoking room in the past and the carpet was stained and felt grimy on bare feet. Additionally the lobby stank like rotten fruit and dirty diapers.

The keys were not working so there was long delays getting into the room. Once we finally got into the room, it was not clean. We only had the room for one night and feel that we did not get our money’s worth. Added $25 amenities fee outrageous!

Modern hotel badly managed.
Modern hotel centrally located. Minus is breakfast like in a motel: cold boiled egg and bagel. No juice, water, nothing warm and no fruits at all. Additionally they say on their website that Secure Parking ($28 daily overnight charge) bubla if you are Expedia/hotels.com gold member they will put on your bill 40 because you are getting 20USD bonus from Expedia. So where is my bonus?
