The staff was really nice from the prompt and courteous shuttle driver to the front desk.in general hotels take a beating from travelers.the hallways walls and rooms really need a remodel.the hallways in particular looked really bad.

It wouldn’t be fair to give hotel a bad review due to the storms/ice that they are going thru. The parking lot is a mess trying to walk or driving. I got stuck trying to get out of my spot including a great fall due to ice(not the hotels fault). All staff remained friendly thru WI-FI outage and electricity outages. Eventually all came back. I would stay again at hotel…. Heck they are 5 minutes away from PDX airport 😉

Stayed here due to a flight delay. The staff were unhappy and seemed irritated with any question. The coffee bar was out of coffee. There was 1 hostess for a packed full restaurant, so we never got served. The pool was broken. It was a disappointing stay and we will not stay here again.

Hotel services were very limited. Coffee bar’s espresso machine is down. Pool is down. Restaurant has limited hours and due to low staff guests had to stand in a line inside the restaurant waiting to place their order. Restaurant dinner food was great, however! One extremely rude gal in the restaurant barked at me when I requested two water glasses one hour before restaurant opened. I never got them. No answer at room service button; I already assumed the Stars of this hotel did not include room service, but the room did not have any water glasses (tap water in Oregon is fantastic so everyone drinks tap water) no other glasses yet room has a mini fridge, microwave & Kcup coffee machine & styrofoam cups. Only one tea bag. One caffeine free tea bag & wr are two guests in a King. Location is very out of the way. Free airport shuttle starting at 3am! Long term & short term parking is $10/ day. When returning we are instructed to call to request the shuttle in PDX. Receptionists were very busy checking in many people due to storm & had to answer these calls during check in.
