The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert at the moda center and stayed at the crown plaza. It was beautiful and we had fun adventuring around the massive halls. And breakfast the next day was excellent

Small room, but clean! Excellent staff! Kind of an older hotel with a cool layout. Everything is updated nicely, so it feels quite fresh and clean. Parking is an extra, pretty hefty fee, but there's no valet so you don't have to worry about waiting and tipping every time you come and go, so that's nice! I've stayed at quite a few hotels in the area and the Crowne Plaza is a great place and good value for the area! Cannot emphasize enough how great the staff is!

Great place to stay as long as you stay in the hotel! In the one night that my daughters and I stay they we saw 2 people overdosed on the sidewalk just outside of the parking area. There is also a homeless camp right next to the parking area.
