Carpet in room was old and wrinkled. Loud road noise. Also when we arrived we were told parking wasn’t included in the hotel stay. This is ridiculous it’s not a downtown location. It’s a large parking area they make money doing park and fly. $12 a day is ridiculous would not have booked this hotel had we know.

We were disappointed in our stay. We have used this hotel in the past and been very happy. To our surprise the restaurant was closed and there were only a few Stouffer frozen dinners on offer. They used to have a glass case where you could purchase a few food items but that too was empty. My husband phoned to get a wake- up call and it just rang and rang. We had counted on using their restaurant for dinner since we didn’t have a car. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable so we have mixed feelings about the hotel.

The staff was rude, you had to pay for her dessert each morning, which was $16 per person. You had to pay for parking which was $12 per night that you were at the facility. The rooms were smelly and the carpet was absolutely disgusting.

We were put in room 636 and the room noise from the train and street was like nothing I have ever experienced. It was so loud that sleeping in there was NOT an option. The girl at the front desk was very nice and moved us but I can’t imagine if someone was forced to stay in that room.

Room and bathroom was clean. Outdated but at least clean. Restaurant and coffee bar was closed. Staff mentioned they were short staffed. The only reason I booked this place was for the coffee bar so I wouldn't have to drive to get a latte.

Checked into suite, glass on the floor near the couch, dents on the wall walls above the bed, lamp was all dented, shower, drain backed up and flooded feet. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life.

It wasn't the hotel it was Expedia. I had a family emergency. My mother had a stroke and I needed to cancel the hotel because of leaving early. The hotel said they would cancel and but I would have to get reimbursed I'd have to go through Expedia. Because it was under 24 hours Expedia would not let me cancel or reimburse me. Thanks Expedia for taking advantage of a medical situation and not reimbursing for a hotel that we couldn't even use. Don't use Expedia. Heartless company! I will use a different 3rd party from now on.
