Room wasn't clean, entire facility needed to be cleaned, pool water looked like milk, hot tub wasn't working, gym was a joke and flooded. The complimentary breakfast was non existent. We were told that the lady that takes care of that didn't show up that day. After talking to other people staying there they had been saying that for 3 days.

Don't stay for the pool. Stay for the rest.

Booked with Comfort Suits for the pool. Luckily the rooms were clean and comfortable, because the pool and fitness room was run down. To boot, the Sauna and hot tub was out of order.

ice machine amd side door card locks have been dysfunctional for 5 weeks. Halls and stairways have not been vacuumed since before Christmas. Front desk staff are polite and helpful. Grounds are not clean.
