Hotel Hell

I booked a king suite and got a double queen. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom. One of the towels had a stain on it. Chips in the linoleum. The whole place was dingy.The rooms were not soundproof like they claim. I could hear screaming and banging sounds in the night. Lots of sketchy people. I think the city might be using the hotel as a homeless shelter.

From about 2:30 until about 9:30 a m, the phone rang 5 times for a couple rings and then hung up. . I stayed here because it was close to the hospital. Because I had a hospital procedure, the next morning. Needless to say, I got no sleep. I called the front desk and they said, there's nothing they can do about it. turned

The faux chair by the desk was old and the lining was shedding on the floor. The bathtub/shower was dirty and didn't have a bar to help elderly people get in and out. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. There was someone smoking near our room and you could smell it through the vent in the bathroom. We stayed there 4 nights and not once did they clean our room or offer the change the towels. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. I went to the gym to exercise and the air conditioner wasnt working. We would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.
