"Staff friendly and helpful but was disappointed that I booked TWO rooms and they did not accommodate us to be next to each other. Also, the whole floor was filled with customers that brought their pets which kept us up at night due to all the barking. I don’t mind pets but they should have a dedicated floor to accommodate them and have them separate from customers that do not have pets similar to smoking vs non smoking rooms. Other than that everything else was good. The whole family enjoyed the pool with the water slide. Breakfast was decent but could be better. Overall, I would recommend!"
