I found everything to be quite welcoming except for a hole or a rather good size dent in my bathroom wall between the toilet and tub. Just was a bit distracting, everything else was very nice. I also didn’t understand the 10 dollar charge upon arrival for (incidentals).

We love coming to Lake George and staying at this hotel because it’s in a great location and we always have a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in had a strange odor coming from the carpet and either the AC or Fridge had an unpleasant odor coming from it as well. The hot tub was very lukewarm and the chlorine was so strong it was irritating our eyes. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet, I know it’s the busiest season/and the hotel accepts dogs so I understand how busy the staff can get during this time (we normally stay during off season).

Stayed here with several families. We generally pay for higher end hotels but this place worked for the budget of the families staying with us. We had a suite. The family’s had regular rooms but all had similar perspectives. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a continental. Mainly carbs and not many options, so no complaints on that. We opted to go out for breakfast. Generally this place has great potential but they need to put alot more effort into cleaning and staffing. But if budget is important to you then you won’t be disappointed. Pictures attached. Pros: Staff is very nice. Nice grounds with a playplace, bbq area with tables and a family gazebo. Modern. Nice sized pool with a cool slide On site laundry with new machines. Cons: Staff is very minimal to keep up with check in, service and cleaning. Ice machine in the laundry room doesn’t work. 2 of the 5 games in the arcade room don’t work. Room has a huge red stain in the carpet. Room has an odor but they also allow pets so can’t hold that against them. Expect to see pet hair. They don’t clean the rooms or make ur bed during they day. They only empty the trash and replace towels. All 5 days, the chlorine smell in the pool is overwhelming and burns your eyes. So you know what that means. The Pool has dirt or something at the bottom. They don’t clean it. The gym hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Dirt, dust and dry sweat marks everywhere. The room sink is clogged and drained

Nice stay

Short 1 night stay. Hotel was clean, service was professional, check out was a bit weird but okay. The rooms are super large and the beds are some of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in. It was hot and the rooms cooled to beyond cold. Really nice to come back to a cold room after a hot day of exploring.

What a nice 2 day stay with our dog Shelby! The hotel is nicely updated.Our king efficiency was very nice, roomy, and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!. All the staff were very pleasant that we interacted with. The pool and hot tub were nice for a quick dip, lots of kids but its Lake George in the summer! I didnt ever see towels at the pool so bring your own. Just some minor comments. Some areas need a detail cleaning. The elevator walls, buttons and floors needed attention as well as the tile floors in the lobby and by elevators. Whatever air freshner is being used in the lobby is way to strong and mixed with the chlorine from the pool was alot. The chlorine smell was better on day 2. Coffee all day is great!! Breakfast was always packed so i only managed to get toast and a bagel. The people running it were hussling for sure. All in all, a very nice stay and thank you for being pet friendly!!

We were supposed to stay 2 nights but had to cancel 1 because my husband couldn’t get the day off. We stayed one night and it was clean and perfect for families! My 2 year old was excited about the pool and the playground. The pillows were too fluffy for me - but that’s my own personal preference. I like a more flat pillow. I have never seen a hotel with 3 beds in it before. It was the perfect set up for our quick family trip. We look forward to coming back and staying longer!

Breakfast was good, we feel there needs to be another staff member helping at high peak times at breakfast and at check in. The room was nice and clean wished both fridges had a freezer and one of the rooms we had did not have a hairdryer available. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and of course the slide.
