My dad and I enjoyed our stay. Very clean room and the staff was very kind. I requested a lower lever room and no issue in receiving one. Parking was a little tricky but once you knew the layout of the whole complex it did become easier. I would stay again for sure.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the covered pool. Definitely will stay again when in Lake George and recommend to family and friends.

America best was within walking distance from the main area. Even though there was a small issue with the water heater. It was quickly resolved. Owner is on site and offered if anything was needed he was just a phone call away. Staff friendly and ready to assist. Definitely when we return to Lake George will make this the first place we find to stay in.

What I did like: 1) Had alot of things for kids and families to do outside of room. What i didn't like: where do i begin. 1) When checking in lady was kinda rude. Was told didnt care if i was had the vaccine or not that i MUST BE wearing a mask. 2)Then get into my room and was not the room i booked.i booked an efficiency so i would have 2 beds, kitchenette and a couch. i booked well over a month previous of staying and still given the wrong room. 3)When i went and told them was given wrong room was told they didn't have different room to give me. 4)still had to pay the same price. So no discount or even an apology. When in fact there was pleny of rooms the were vacant. 5) Parking was a joke. Definitely not enough parking for as many rooms, efficiency, duplexes they have. 6) blood on one of the sheets 7)no microwave 8)the phone in the room had no service. The was no phone jack in the wall. 9)Wall paper is peeling down of the walls, 10) bathroom door that had mold on it and is like shredding from the bottom up. 11) The shower head sprays every where but on you. 12)The fridge is put on a dresser so every time you open it, you have to hold it because if not it will hit the floor. 13)The air conditioner doesn't work the greatest but that probably because the nobs doesn't work properly. 14)They have a community microwave that sits on a stand outside and dirty next to an ice dispenser. So while waiting for food to warm up you get to wave off the flies and mosquitoes.

The check in was quick and early. I was happy with the precautions the staff was taking with regards to Covid. The room decor was a bit dated but that’s part of the charm of the Lake George area. My family and I did our own sanitation though you could tell the room was very clean. We rented a two floor suite for the weekend and were pleased with the size of the accommodations. My one complaint is how thin the walls are. We could hear every step and word from the accompanying suite. Though in all honesty the family staying next to us did a very poor job monitoring their kids since they were extremely loud and rude and up till past 1 every night. So perhaps the thinness of the walls wasn’t the issue. Nonetheless would recommend the property.
