Constant slamming of doors down the hall near 105. I stayed in 113 and could hear the noise. I knew qhere iwas coming from because i seen the people going in that room. I believe it could have been the owners themselves.

The key card they gave me had a hard time opening the building door . Then when we got to the room and opened the door it had a bad odor. Trouble with Wi-Fi and had no shampoo but had to conditioners . No towels at pool

Heater in room wasn't working when we arrived. Owner came along quickly and tried to get the unit going but could not, and immediately switched us to a different room with proper heat. The new room was nice, clean, excellent bed. The staff and owner was very polite and quick to act when dealing with the heating situation. Hotel seemed older and dated. We had requested a handicapped accessibleroom, but to an older property maybe it only means grab bars in the bathroom. It had a bathtub and not a walk-in-shower, and the whole room was otherwise no different from any other room. Not what we expected when we asked for a handicapped accessible room To say that the stay includes "breakfast" is a real overstatement. Some bagels, english muffins, white bread, cold cereal, coffee and tea, in an unheated room. The most visually unappealing setup we've ever experienced. Even referring to it as a Continental Breakfast would be a bit of a stretch. We noted that anyone including us, who partook of the food was carrying it back to their rooms, rather than sitting in an uncomfortably cold dining area.

Checking in and out were very easy. The hallways were very well lit, which was nice. It was hard to carry in luggage without an elevator. The whole hotel could use a facelift. I believe they keep things as clean as they can given the age. A few minor things were missed, makeup on the granite-it was hard to see, I always travel with Clorox wipes for this purpose. The microwave and fridge were clean. We did find a dirty sock left on a chair from a previous tenant, so somethings are not looked at closely. The sheets were clean but you could tell they have been around for awhile.

I knew from the reviews that this was an old, outdated property and it was as bad as I thought. I had hoped for better. It was quiet, but the room had a disturbing odor. The bed and bedding were fine. Carpet desperately needs cleaning. Very low lighting so reading in bed was impossible. Very disappointing for a Wyndham.
