Took 3 times of going to the front desk to get our room keys to work, found a toy in the room so not cleaned very well, tv does not work. Dont answer the phone qhen we tried several times to call the front desk. Was told we could not speak to a manager because the manager is not available until thursday, mind you today is saturday. Not being very cooperative. I am looking for a full refund.

Happy we gave it a Try.

Outside of the hotel seems sort of depressing, but once you walk inside, you will feel different. Very friendly warm Environment The hotel is older but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is the standard offering but they went out of their way to be helpful at any time. It is Quiet inside, the highway is very close when outside, but Not terribly loud. The location off the highway and the fact that it is close to major attractions makes it convenient. The grounds are kept very clean and the flowers around it are Beautiful. We would stay here again if in the area.
