Checking in and out were very easy. The hallways were very well lit, which was nice. It was hard to carry in luggage without an elevator. The whole hotel could use a facelift. I believe they keep things as clean as they can given the age. A few minor things were missed, makeup on the granite-it was hard to see, I always travel with Clorox wipes for this purpose. The microwave and fridge were clean. We did find a dirty sock left on a chair from a previous tenant, so somethings are not looked at closely. The sheets were clean but you could tell they have been around for awhile.

I knew from the reviews that this was an old, outdated property and it was as bad as I thought. I had hoped for better. It was quiet, but the room had a disturbing odor. The bed and bedding were fine. Carpet desperately needs cleaning. Very low lighting so reading in bed was impossible. Very disappointing for a Wyndham.

How quickly they resolved our issues with the room was nice. Although the pool needs updating, as well as the rooms themselves. I'd give a 4 out of 10.

This property was ok for the money. It’s run down and tired looking! I made the reservation at the last minute and needed an accessible room. It met our news for a two night stay. What I did like is that the staff was pleasant and friendly. The place is quiet and off the beaten path without being to far away. There ar a lot of good eateries near by without the congestión of Main Street Lake George. What I did not like was that I needed an accessible room and this room did not fit the requirement although they said it was accessible. We made it work for the two days we were there. But someone traveling alone would have a really big problem. If the property owner or someone at Travelocity wants to know more feel free to reach out to me.

Despite the signs posted everywhere about this hotel being non smoking, it was very obviously a smoking hotel recently. Everything smells musty, with a strong perfume of plug in air fresheners in an attempt to cover it. There were no towels in the pool area when we got there, we notified management twice but ended up leaving the pool and dripping the entire way back to our room after over an hour of swimming, towels were never brought. The entire experience there was disappointing and not what I expected from a Wyndham

The hotel's accommodations were quite adequate. The foyer was clean and pleasant. The room was also very clean. The clerk was very efficient both at check-in and check-out.Providing breakfasts during this pandemic is obviously a challenge. They need to work on that challenge a little more.
