Garden City Hotel is everything you can possibly want in a hotel, its the "Plaza Hotel of Long Island". There is no other hotel like it on Long Island. The Front desk staff is amazing, the restaurants are above par. The Pool and gym are great and the Valets are knowledgeable and always willing to help. The only fallback is the hours of room service and the maid service. During my stay, there were a few days they never got to my room, and when they did it was after 5:00pm. Overall a fabulous hotel

The rooms and decor were beautiful and spotless! However, I was on the 8th floor and it was so noisy! Other guests on the 8th floor were out in the hallways being so loud and running around both during the day and night. For the price of the rooms I guess I was expecting a quiet, more well-mannered clientele. As beautiful as this hotel is, it was very expensive and I’m not sure I’d stay there again due to the behavior that’s allowed there
