Go there for on time check in and was told there wasn't a clean room, but they charged me the resort fee and told me they would text me when a room was ready estimated it would be an hour. Luckily it wasn't an hour but it was inconvenient due to my plans for the evening. The room had an air conditioner which was loud as a freight train and the wall thermometer didn't work. Very noisy and hard to sleep. The room safe didn't lock, again inconvenient. At checkout we were reporting these issues to staff and another customer was there, we had patiently waited for this customer to ask several questions of the staff member and when another staff member walked by the other customer started questioning her. Instead of answering the staff member started calling out to the staff member in the midst of our conversation, it was rude and the staff member doing so didn't seem to care that we were in the middle of a conversation. For this reason during check out times it may be better to have more than 1 person manning the desk. She did reimburse our resort fee. We didn't use the waterpark so I can't comment on that. Bur overall, terrible stay.

The Assistant Manager Eddie was amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing we disliked is the water pressure in the shower and my husband found two beetles on his wash cloth Other than that our family enjoyed our stay and we may come back in the Fall

So fun! Very clean. Loved being on the first floor and able to walk out of our room and onto the lawn, especially at night when the fire pits were on. Food was just ok but convenient. Staff were very helpful.

Upon arrival checking is at 4:00 p.m. I did not get into my room until 5:00 p.m. the food was horrible the following morning at 7:00 a.m. when things were supposed to open for food there was nothing available they're not elderly friendly my mom is elderly she was with me the whole point of you know us getting into the room on time is because she needed to take her meds same thing in the morning there was no food for her to take her meds it couldn't have been better

It's a beautiful property, all new modern decor, the waterpark was amazing had attractions for all ages! Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. This was my 2nd stay and I will continue to come, The Kartrite does not disappoint. I would highly recommend. Thanks for making our stay memorable.
