The hotel was fine. But when arriving there was not enough shampoo conditioner in the shower and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. I ended up texting someone and they finally came. The restaurant was out of a lot of the menu items. There was not enough staff present.

Its a great water park. A little small but not super crowded, very clean and great staff. my kids had a blast. My only suggestion for kartrite is to open a convenience store on the property that sells snacks, drinks and basic needs. There is a small store at the water park but its very limited and closes early. There are vending machines but again limited.

Staff were great. Especially Eddie Castillo who helped out so much during check in. Great for younger kids. Older kids will get bored fast ... not much to do other than the water park and arcade.

The stay was not bad. Jason and the woman in the Bar Mez was amazing. However I was overcharged by $150. DO NOT PURCHASE THE DINNER AND BREAKFAST VOUCHERS TO RECEIVE AN ARCADE CREDIT--- YOU WILL NOT SEE THE CREDITS ON YOUR STATEMENT WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. I was a bit underwhelmed by visit this time around as I’ve been there a few times before and truly enjoyed it previously. But unfortunately it was not the case this time around. We booked 1 night with the intention of being there for 2 days. No where on their website did it state that the water park would be closed on Tuesday (we checked in Monday) we don’t find out until we arrived. Then when we took our kids to the kids room to play and color the staff was so dismissive- my daughter asked for coloring paper and the girl kept brushing us off so I approached her kindly asking for coloring paper ( they had crayons and markers set up in a color station) and she responded with if it’s not there then we don’t have - not sure why she couldn’t print new ones or offer my daughter another option. The market where they supposedly snacks, drinks, breakfast (grab n go) was COMPLETELY EMPTY the selves were stocked with the bare minimum. One thing I know is they sell kosher options for those who eat kosher and they had signs stated kosher was sold out (but it was only 12pm not sure how so much was sold out so quick) I don’t know I just feel like they dropped the ball on this one. For the pros- the rooms are very clean and spacious , the movie night in the lobby was really nice and the staff over all was very friendly

We’ve been here twice. We have two kids, ages 5 and 7. It’s good here if you know what you’re walking into. Pros: Waterpark is great. Perfect size, doesn’t stink like chlorine. It’s saltwater and it’s nice. Very attentive lifeguards. Snack bar food is served cafeteria style. It’s fine. Rooms are fine - we aren’t nitpicky with hotel rooms. Beds were made, spacious, good view, hot water. Fine. Arcade is fun. Oitside the box type games, many are carnival style. Fun! Prizes are mostly junk, as expected. Cons: The service and hospitality are atrocious. The front desk has one or two people working at it. They both move slowly. No one smiles. No one takes pride in their job at this entire place. Restaurants are a joke. Limited menu, take out only, cafeteria food. To serve *327 suites plus day pass holders.* This place is totally unprepared and has no help. They’re overwhelmed and it’s a disaster. Bring your own food for your room. Don’t give them a dime - nowhere to sit, service is just a mess. I hear the buffet is overpriced for subpar food, there is never anyone at it. The sweet shop, Pop’s, has ice cream. Again the staff is so overwhelmed that they just randomly pull the gate closed while patrons are in there, to deter others from showing up. They just close the gate. Is that even allowed? With fire codes? It’s an interesting place. Pretty. Has potential. But major, major staffing issues. And despite multiple reviews like mine, they don’t seem to care or ever fix anything.

Everything was exceptional! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities. If I'll have to complain about something ...it would have to be dining options. I would probably give more staff at the dining restaurant downstairs. It was over a half hour wait to eat at the restaurant downstairs and then one server to bring food. The buffet was unappetizing. On our last night we couldn't get food because of wait times at the restaurant.

Terrible food, understaffed and under stocked.

Very basic resort. Waterpark was nice and the activities for the kids were good. Food was absolutely terrible, you couldn’t buy a drink anywhere after breakfast except a vending machine, including water . Seemed extremely short staffed in all departments and very short on supplies/food. Staff that were working were very nice and helpful but were very overwhelmed

Such a waist of time and money. This resort is terrible. Came here for my son’s birthday. Water park sucks barely anything to ride. I rather go to Kalahari or great wolf lodge next time MUCH BETTER PLACES. Food suck breakfast barely anything to eat at buffet and charging $25 adults and $15 children. Rooms were not clean. And they clean your room only after 3nights if you stay Never coming back here again! For any money.
