Room and staff were good, no issues at all. The pool was extremely crowded, which is understandable, but there were no clean towels at the pool or gym on both occasions we went to the pool. Even when the pool opened at 830 am on February 17, there were no clean towels, just a massive pile of used towels from the day before.

Beautiful hotel and great amenities. We loved the suite, the lobby overlook, and especially the heated pool and jacuzzi near the fitness room. The warm cookies and water at check-in were a nice touch, and the overnight staff member who welcomed us was very kind. Unfortunately, our stay was dampened by a prepaid breakfast issue. Breakfast was part of why we chose this hotel for my husband’s birthday weekend, yet it somehow disappeared from our reservation. We ended up paying an extra $60, and despite reaching out to Hilton, Hotels.com, and the hotel directly, we never received a response. Daytime front desk staff were also dismissive and unhelpful, which was disappointing, especially as someone who works in hospitality. Great property, but service consistency and follow-up need improvement.
