I booked for 3 nights, only stayed for one. The "hotel" is rundow, old and smells. Out of 4 towels, 3 were dirty. One of the towel was full with hair. We even had a wasp in the room. When asked for a refund, they refused. Do not stay! Is nothing like the pictures.

Pictures are from the holiday inn that owned it prior, super outdated, hallways and rooms smell like cigarette smoke, beds are super warm out, and the place is just creepy in general.

This was by far the worst dump my wife and I have EVER stayed in. We had cockroaches and even a mole in the room! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!!! You would be better off spending the night in your vehicle before checking into this Roach Moletel!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. PS: They may go by the name Armoni today, but don’t be fooled. It’s an old rundown Holiday Inn with a new name slapped on it.

Staff ignored phone calls; placed on hold and never to be heard from again. Had to go to front desk in person if there was any issues - like room keys not working. Had to pick up fresh towels from front desk - we didn’t ask for Service so we didn’t get clean towels or garbage pickup. The parking lot is so pitted it’s like an obstacle course. We booked there for one week through Expedia having no idea about this place. Won’t do that again. Rather pay a bit more and get better accommodation s

Don't ever go here.

This was the most discussing place I've been in. My family and I drove down 3 hours and looked at the room and drove 3 hours back home. Our vacation was ruined.

This hotel is okay if you are looking for a spot to rest your head after a day of sightseeing. The carpets in my room were heavily stained and the furniture in the room showed significant signs of wear and tear. The cabinet with the mini-refrigerator and microwave was leaning so band I thought it was going to fall over at any minute. I would still stay here again for the value and the closeness to Sleepy Hollow.

My husband and I reserved a king bed room through Expedia. We arrived early before 3pm check in. We gave them a credit card for $100 hold and explained that we would be at an event all day and would be returning after midnight. The lady at the front desk said the room will be waiting for when you come back. At 1am we made it back at the hotel and was given room #2765 but upon trying to unlock it we found it locked from the inside. Now going back down stairs, the lady gave us room 276 and upon entering the room we found 2 single beds. At this point about 2am in the morning, my husband and I slept in separate beds after 36 years of marriage because we were too exhausted to go back downstairs. When we book the room it was advertised with continental breakfast but there was none and the air-conditioning was not working. In the morning upon checking out we told a different lady at the front desk the above story and after looking into the computer she actually let it out that our room with a king bed had been given out to someone else due to a no show. All she said was "we are sorry" and no other compensation with the fact that we checked in early and advised them that we were returning late toward midnight. I also asked to receive a receipt showing that the hold of $100 was released and she said "no, we do not give that", they are quick to have us sign but won't give us a receipt especially after their mess up! We have never stayed in such an unprofessional hotel as this!
