All doors were not locked to outside of building, anyone could walk in from parking lot. Weed smells all down hallways. Garbage was just left in halls. No room service. No towels. Bugs. Mice. Dust. No outlets. TV didn't get channels and some were frozen. Laundry machine was broken. Dying flowers by front desk. Couldn't get luggage trolleys. Some rooms smelled. Smoke detector in hall was beeping all night. Toilet was running all night. Not the cleanest. Carpet throughout very stained with runs and tears. Staff was friendly.

Estuve 7 días en la propiedad; nunca limpiaron el cuarto ni ofrecieron toallas o sábanas limpias; falta limpieza en general; en el front desck nunca hay nadie en las noches; si hay alguien está de fiesta en el salón que aparenta ser restaurante pero que nunca está en función; al llegar fueron muy amables en el check in entiendo que era la mannager del hotel. Si arreglaran estos aspectos; sería un gran lugar para descanzar. La cama fue cómoda; pero las almohadas terribles.

I booked for 3 nights, only stayed for one. The "hotel" is rundow, old and smells. Out of 4 towels, 3 were dirty. One of the towel was full with hair. We even had a wasp in the room. When asked for a refund, they refused. Do not stay! Is nothing like the pictures.

Pictures are from the holiday inn that owned it prior, super outdated, hallways and rooms smell like cigarette smoke, beds are super warm out, and the place is just creepy in general.

This was by far the worst dump my wife and I have EVER stayed in. We had cockroaches and even a mole in the room! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!!!! You would be better off spending the night in your vehicle before checking into this Roach Moletel!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. PS: They may go by the name Armoni today, but don’t be fooled. It’s an old rundown Holiday Inn with a new name slapped on it.
