This hotel has bad customer service the rooms aren’t well prepared every time I go the there’s no towels bugs bit me the blow dryer is messed up no irons they have coffee with no coffee maker the bed spread smells like bleach an very old the workers seems like they speak no English when I ask them for towels they don’t understand I call the receptionist for towels she get the mind today to me come an get the towels at the front desk is this why we pay for rooms for inconvenient or convenience my god this place is r Terrible

The surroundings and hallway carpet are dirty. Seems like they are not cleaning regularly. I observed some people in the waiting area and only to find out they give them work. Our experience would have been better if the staff are a little friendlier.

I booked 3 nights, when I got there, No wash clothes, they left me dirty towels , I was so uncomfortable, and no option to cancel the reservation, The manager doesn’t answer the phone. I slept in my car 1 night and the next night they changed the room for me.

Extremely dirty, almost everything in the building was broken, no phones, dirty carpet, curtain hanging off, holes in the walls and stains everywhere. I ended up leaving after four hours. I didn’t even complete my stay.

The neighborhood was relatively safe, but the hotel needs some love. We saw bugs (roaches ) in the hallway, and the corners and under the bed were kinda gross. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room, there's no food there, but the bed and linens were good.
