I went to this hotel I am surprised the way they cleaned it the room first of all when you open the door the smell was bad laying I the bed the pillow smells like a dog sheets was smelling as if the dogs was sleeping on the bed no towels for sink or floors I don’t know how they cleaned this place an it has bugs please improve your place whom ever is the owner look over your cleaning staff they walk around running there mouth too much thank you

Zero!!!!! This hotel has mouse species on pillowcases, black mold on trim, the carpet looks like it hasn’t been washed in 20 years, I could go on and on. It is also been condemned by the board of health. I don’t know how they are still renting out rooms.
