Nice clean hotel. It’s right by the highway, so convenient, but you do hear the traffic. The bed was so comfortable! A good stay - would return if in the area again.

The property was fine and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. However, I had changed my travel plans a few days earlier, and the day that I actually checked in was different from the day that I had originally planned. Unfortunately, though, Travelocity had failed to communicate this information to the hotel, and they had no information about my updated travel plans. Luckily the woman at the front desk was able to help me out and get me a room anyway, despite the fact that my reservation was not in there system. Anyway, I would strongly advise people not to use Travelocity for booking hotels - they seem to be completely incompetent when it comes to communicating basic information to the hotels that people book through them. Just book directly through the hotel's website. And like I said, the hotel itself was fine and the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful.

The card key system did not work. After checking in, I had to go back to the front desk with all of my belongings to have my card key “reset”. I went back to my room, with all my belongings just to have the card key system not work a second time. A hotel employee was with me and his “master key” did not work either. The front desk staff radioed to maintenance to tell them the door look needed to be fixed. When the first hotel worker told the front desk staff to assign another room, she replied that she didn’t have many rooms left! When i asked to get a new room, she did give one to me. So third time was a charm and I lugged my belongings and daughter a third time up to a room.

It was just okay. When I checked in at the front desk, I didn't even receive a greeting, no hello, good evening, she barely spoke. I didn't feel welcomed at all. My room was basic, there was a lot of hair on pillows, bed and in bathroom and it was dusty. I would recommend a room on the backside of the building so as not to hear the highway noise all night and day. The breakfast was unimpressive, watery eggs, sausage links that tasted bad and not so fresh fruit salad. The ladies in the breakfast serving area were cordial and polite. The lobby sitting area, breakfast area and gym were nice. It was reasonably priced but I don't think I would return.
