It is a unique venue and I felt safe as the restaurant is on the premises. The very unfortunate detail which will prevent me from ever booking at this hotel again is the loud noise from the renters at the upstairs who were yelling, dropping items, and stomping. I began to make contact with front desk about this at 9:50 pm and despite this the disruption endured until 3 am. I never received a call from the manager and was offered to be moved to another room at 3 am.

This hotel is a complete disaster - disorganized, incompetent, and utterly disrespectful. We booked a double bed room and requested a rollaway bed. No one reached out, so we assumed it was fine. Upon our late-night check-in, the staff rudely denied our request, citing “hotel policy” - yet they still charged us for the rollaway bed after checkout. The room itself was disgusting - found a dead bug in the bed sheets, the body wash bottle was empty, and the in-room phone was broken. We had to call an external number from our cellphone just to request basic supplies, which took 40 minutes to arrive at 10 PM, when the hotel wasn’t even busy. Breakfast was no better. After a miserable night, our daughter briefly stepped away to use the restroom. When we returned, our half-eaten meal were gone despite phone and jacket were there - cleared without a second thought. This place is a mess: zero communication, rude and unapologetic staff, mistake after mistake. Avoid at all costs.

The high ceilings, art, and lofty feel were outstanding. The tub in out suite was the spelling point for my wife. She soaked in the tub, most of the night. The hotel overall was extremely spacious. Excellent!

I took my husband for a Valentine's date night on Saturday. This charming hotel features an enchanting ambiance and delicious food. My only suggestion is to enhance the restaurant's atmosphere to create a more romantic vibe and good music to vibe with it. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so my husband and I can return to enjoy the outdoor area.
